Hi, I’m Alicia.
Designer, business owner, creative problem solver—and the person behind Varga Creative.
For more than 13 years, I’ve been turning ideas, information and sometimes very messy starting points into creative that feels clear, thoughtful and intentional.
My work has taken me across aviation, education, retail, marketing and more—from brand campaigns and digital content to presentations, training materials, packaging, environmental graphics and photography.
But what I really love is figuring things out. I ask questions, look for what could work better, and find a visual solution that helps people understand, connect or take action.
The little things matter.
I’m a big believer that how you make people feel matters just as much as the finished product. I’ll take the phone call from my mom, send the handwritten card in the mail, and take the extra time to make something feel thoughtful and personal.
I bring that same care into my work. I listen, ask questions, notice the details and genuinely care about the people and businesses I’m designing for.
Good design should feel considered. So should the experience of working together.
I’m also a mom of two, which is a huge part of who I am and why building a creative business has meant so much to me. My kids have changed the way I think about time, creativity and what really matters. They remind me to stay curious, make room for the little moments and keep building something I’m proud of.
When I’m not designing, you’ll usually find me with my family, making art, sneaking in a round of golf, or finding another creative project I probably didn’t need to start.
